TRAFFIC RULE Each company should frame suitable ‘code of traffic rules’ for regulating the movement of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (commensurate with the capacity/size, type of machines used in the mechanised opencast mines) for enforcement in each mine. Such Code of Traffic Rules should be approved by Tripartite Committee.  7th Safety Conferance Traffic rules are designed for safe operation of vehicle. 1.a.ONLY authorized (by Manager) person shall drive/operate vehicle within mine premises. b.
